Eve was left in a forest at a young age. Forced to raise herself, she grew up in an underground bunker that was home to a snake that spoke to her. She is 24 years old at the start of the story.
Eve's birth information is unknown to her until she gains access to her legal records, much later in the main story. Before this, she didn't celebrate her birthday until Merane came along. They celebrated their birthdays together on Merane's birthday. Eve's true birthday is September 9th, 1988.
Author's Notes: Eve's birthday has several meanings. Her star sign, Virgo, is highly compatible with Scorpio, Merane's sign. She was born on a Sunday, which was originally named after the Sun. Eve being the sun is meant to mirror Merane, who is the moon. The number nine is associated with Satan in LaVeyan Satanism—LaVey believed nine to be the number of the ego, since the number always returns to itself even after it is multiplied by any number. Eve is commonly known by the townspeople as a "spawn of Satan" or a "hell creature." Nine is also associated with the phrase "a cat has nine lives." This is a reference to how Eve should have died numerous times but somehow manages to stay alive.
Standing at the height of 5'1, roughly 155cm and weighing 127lbs, roughly 58kg, Eve is quite small due to being consistently malnourished. After the events of the main story, Eve weighs 171lbs, roughly 78kg.
For the majority of the story, Eve has extremely pale skin due to rarely having left the bunker. She is covered in scars of various sizes and is missing her left eye. Her remaining eye is downturned and green with cat-like pupils. She had unkempt, lower-back length, chestnut hair with poorly-cut bangs and thick, brown eyebrows. She had been wearing the same torn, stained, and ill-fitted dress for many years.
Later in the story, Eve has light, healthier skin. Her hair has been cut to her shoulders but is still somewhat messy. She has a fuller figure thanks to proper nutrition. She is more likely to genuinely smile. She wears Merane's clothing to hide her scars.
Eve is an obstinate and stubborn young lady with a tendency to bite.
Eve calls Merane by many different names. These include Merane, Mary, Marie-Anne, Marianne, Annie, Anya, Sweet, Sweetie, and Lover.
